SINFER can purchase standard LCD panels from major Taiwan companies, including AUO and Innolux. We can also acquire standard products from Sharp, LG, Tianma and BOE to address customers’ needs.
■ LCD panels for industrial machinery
For industrial machinery, SINFER recommends the product from the AUO GD division (stable supply for 3 years). Meanwhile, we also have industrial standards LCD modules (3.5”~15”) for SME, such as RTP/CTP standard products with high brightness and touch panel, in stock. SINFER also provides customization of optical bonding and cover lens per customers’ requests.。

Optical Bonding
Clear display: The light users see on the display is emitted from the LCD module through the air and panel and the brightness usually decreases by different refractive indices and panel transmission. Through optical bonding, the bonding of LCD module and panel can minimize the refractive index while maintaining images displayed with optimized visibility. This process can also control the minimum refractive index to eliminate the reflective glare from images.

Touch screen
The touch screen is a perfect fit to any type of LCD device installation. SINFER provides the most ideal touch screen based on the purpose and service conditions.

High Brightness LED Backlight
SINFER can modify the luminance to 1000 Nits or higher to ensure the visibility under outside lights. We can also address customers’ requests of high brightness through backlight system technology.

Mini LED Mini Light Emitting Diode
In the early stage, the length of LED die was about 1mm and could only be applied to single color LED indicators or large-sized video walls after cutting. With the progress of technology, the manufacturers successfully developed the mini LED, with the length less than 1mm. Later, the micro LED with the die length less than 100μm was developed. 。
The diameter of human hair is around 100μm, meaning the size of micro LED is smaller than human hair and can be applied to medium-and small-sized panels. By exploiting micro LED, manufacturers were able to develop the cell phone panel featuring high conductivity, low power consumption, excellent luminous efficiency and highly saturated colors and taking the industry by storm. Now, some manufacturers have successfully developed a die length less than 10μm and are able to produce a small-sized panel with a resolution of up to 1500PPI (pixel per inch) with such a tiny die.

Mini LED vs. Micro LED
From the idea of technology, mini LED and micro LED stand for different things. Micro LED refers to a new generation display technology, the micro miniaturization and array technology of LED.
To put it simply, it means to make the LED backlight source into a miniature film array, realizing an LED unit smaller than 100μm. It also achieves the individual addressing and self-luminous capabilities of each pixel, just like OLED. Mini LED, the idea developed by Epistar, refers to the LED with a die larger than 100μm. The size of mini LED is between traditional LED and micro LED and can be considered as the improvement based on LED backlight.

ePaper Electronic Paper Displays, EPD
ePaper is an electronic display technology mimicking the appearance of ordinary ink on paper. It looks like ordinary paper and uses the same ink as in the conventional printing industry. The microcapsules are filled with electrically charged ink particles and form the ePaper display showing pixel graphs when proper electric charge is applied.
EPD panel possesses features including low power supply for update, graph maintenance without power, readable under sunlight enabled by reflective display and an ultra-wide viewing angle near 180° to achieve a display with benefits like energy saving, eye-friendly, bi-stable display technology requires no backlight, compact and slim, extremely low power consumption and high contrast and can display detailed images easily.
